Sunday afternoon -- a loud bang comes from the garage, and the door won't open. It wouldn't budge, even with two of us trying to lift it. A spring had snapped. Our car is inside and we have to leave soon. I called A Road Runner and received an immediate callback. The serviceman said he'd be over in an hour, and he arrived exactly at that time.
