Run from this place. They wouldn't let me use my own insurance or the insurance provided by my platinum american express or my mastercard. I had letters of coverage. You talk to someone on a phone. No one is there. My one weed rental for $200 was going to cost me $600. RUN do not walk.
DO NOT BOOK - total waste of time. Booked car through Avelo Airlines. No phone numbers work to get ahold of this company. Only e-mail. TERRIBLE.

Terrible service!!! You’re not even greated with human people it’s all done virtual. The person try’s to sell you so many packages and when you decline they hit you with a $2000 deposit and then if you want to decline that they charge you $400 on top of the price you pay on Priceline. THEN they want to charge you with $10 a day toll fees on top of the tolls it self or $25 every time you pass a toll if decline on top of what you pay for the toll! Scam. Priceline should dump them. Arrived only to find our rental canceled and we are still being charged. Called Priceline and they wouldn’t do anything about it.
