It's hard to believe the negative reviews when I had such a pleasant and successful surgery with Dr. Ballin and all of his staff. The office is incredibly efficient and outstandingly friendly. Customer service is rare these days but when I walked into his office, I immediately felt safe and in good hands. Dr. Ballin is a skilled professional and knows the quickest tricks to remove a tooth. Excellent experience! Staff was very sweet and my tooth was out in flash! No problems afterwards and healed up just fine.

Simply the best patient/doctor experience I've ever encountered. A true professional. Surgery was painless and the follow up by the doctor was much appreciated.

I went in to have a tooth removed and then get a dental implant. Dr. Ballin was very careless and PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH. He said he'd pay to have them both fixed then called me and said I'm not paying for #%# nothing. Then I found out he's had his license temporarily taken away in the past. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him.

Wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor actually did a follow-up telephone call six hours after the surgery and reassured me. I know the follow-up appointment will be smooth.

Excellent customer service by support staff. Dr. Ballin was exemplary in his approach, treatment and follow-through. Very caring about me as a patient. Always takes the time to call the evening of the surgery to see how i am doing. Works on helping to prevent pre-cancerous lesions from re-occurring. Surgery on the tongue is very painful, but I received written information, support with meds and cleansing procedures. The surgery in itself went well, I had my wisdom teeth removed and there was very little pain and it was an overall success. My complaint, however, is that Dr. Ballin failed to tell me, despite my blunt questioning, that the amoxycillin I was prescribed makes the Birth Control Pill significantly less effective. This is something that every doctor/ pharmacist is required to tell their patients and this is an extreme disappointment.
