Very professional and polite. They even backed out my cars from my garage. I couldn't do it, because I injured my leg. Justin did and excellent job in repairing my garage door and I wasn't over charged. Garage door now works better than when it was new.

Called Justin yesterday for a broken Spring. Gave me a quote on the phone for a very reasonable price. Came to my house today and fixed my broken spring in about 15 minutes. Justin is honest, trustworthy and did an outstanding job. It is hard nowadays to find a honest company that does an excellent job. This company fits the bill. Highly recommended. Would hire him again if need arises.
The door installed did not come with instillation instructions for future reference or replacement parts. Justin did as promised when promised. I just like reference material. only reason for 4.5 vs 5.0.

Quick response from Justin on a Saturday morning. He came out to give me an estimate of $245 to remove and replace 2 springs. He also helped me lift the garage door up to move the car out for the weekend. He came back Monday morning with the new galvanized springs (0.218 x 1 3/4 x 31) and worked efficiently to remove and replace the springs.
