I was scheduled for PRP appointment which I needed for the swelling in my legs. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday and I was called that day to say it was canceled. I asked to reschedule and the rep told me she would call back Friday. I was very upset and disappointed. I prepaid for the service and did not receive it. That is not how you care for a patient in this condition. All weekend i was in pain with swollen legs.
I have been going to appointments with this doctor for over 5 years. Sadly all of a sudden I am dropped from my monthly appointments. Unfortunately this healthcare service has gone through some drastic changes not for the better. Front receptionists are constantly involved with how many cases are handled. They are not Healthcare Providers just front office Clerks. Every time I make a trip and have a visit with them it’s an amazing experience. It’s worth coming from Tampa to Saint Pete. Everyone is amazing from the owner and nurse practitioner to the clinical staff are amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable and even if they don’t know something they send you to the person that does.
