Tried to reach them after Lowes set me up to work on our washer, Can't get hold of them the number given which was the same on the internet was disconnected. Guess their out of busness.
Hello, I'm the grandson of the owner and I've begun looking through these ratings. To be honest I'm shocked through the outrage and mostly negative outlook on my grandfather's company. I had no idea things were going this way and I'm in no way defending his actions or the actions of his workers. I'll bring your concerns to their attention, and if plausible then I'll do my best to change the companies future for the better.
This company is used by Lowe's Warranty Service. Do not use this company. Unreliable! Untimely! Would not return my calls on damage they did to my washer. They did not properly install the drain pump to begin with. When I used the washer, my laundry room flooded and upon inspection the drain pump was just hanging in the back of my washer. It was not attached properly. In an attempt to help me with my problem, a Lowes manager contacted the Warranty Service who in turn gave him the owner's personal phone number.
