I believe his name was Jon came and figured out the issue, submitted it to warranty. And everything got fixed and taken care very quickly and efficiently. Also very nice and thorough on explaining everything and the lady that works on scheduling everything was also very nice! Honestly best plumbers I’ve had business with so far, and I’ve dealt with my fair share since buying my house!
I recently had a plumber come out from Raymond Plumbing, His name is Thomas and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! Unlike previous technicians from the same company, this plumber went above and beyond to fix everything that needed attention. He was professional, efficient, and solved the problem completely. I will definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend him!
