We had a great experience with A Raymond Plumbing. We called with a plumbing emergency, and they were able to get a plumber to our house within 30 minutes, which was incredibly reassuring. Brandon was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood our options. He quickly got everything back to normal. I called an asked for a quote to unplug a shower drain. The woman on the phone said it would be $135 for the first hour. When the tech arrived he said that was only the service fee and that there was another $50 charge for use of the "machine." It felt a bit like a bait and switch. That being said, they were timely, the tech as nice and they got the job done.

We had a drain issue that was flooding our basement and laundry area via floor drain/utility sink, when running the washing machine. From the beginning to end, my experience was wonderful. Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs.
