I've gone here before and never had a bad experience. This time, I had a gentleman who I'd never had before. He made my nails way too long after asking them shorter. Kept trying to change the design that I wanted even with a picture, and my thumb is still sore and swollen from him doing cuticles. They did the cuticles after my acrylic was on. I told them these will probable be too long and he left them so here I am making an appointment elsewhere to get the design fixed and them done shorter.
I went to go get my nails done and they messed them up didn’t get the shape right or the color it looks nothing like I want it to be and they wouldn’t give me my money back my 4 year old sister can do better than the people that went to school for it
The man used cuticle clips on the side of my nails and cut me twice, my two fingers have been sore and now puss is coming out of one. It’s been like a week. I would not go back.

Beautiful clean place - unfortunately my experience wasn’t great although reading the reviews maybe it was a one time thing. During my pedicure the tech attempted to trim the side of my toenail causing bleeding and soreness which I’ve never had before. Today it’s swollen and very red. - also felt she rushed through everything not even exfoliating around the edges of my feet..
