A&R have serviced my inground sprinkler system for seven years - no complaints. They have promptly responded to my requests
Working with this company was a very bad experience. They started the job just fine. They never did finish the work. I tried to get them to finish their work but they never responded to my repeated phone calls. At the end they sent me a bill which included items charged to me in error. It was more than double their estimate. After negotiating, they updated the invoice with the error charges removed. I paid $100 more than their estimate for a job they never finished.
