Had issues with the A/C he installed, never answered my calls. I ended up calling J&R heating in Tea. DO NOT USE SCOTT FOR ANYTHING!!! He's a WEIRDO!
Scott installed my heater and air conditioner 2 1/2 years ago. Last summer the ac didn’t work, had a leak, which he did fix. But this year it again is not working, I have left 5 voicemails for him, he won’t call back. I contacted the city because i got this done through community development program. They also tried multiple times to call him and he won’t call back. Horrible customer service!!! I called A & R Heating & A/C Inc. and had a wonderful experience and knew right away that they were the ones for the job. The staff at A & R were all very kind respectful, prompt, professional and took time to explain, show and go through everything that they would be doing and installing to make that I knew how to run it all.
