Mike and Duanne came out and quoted me a price for a unit, (garage door opener) to which I agreed. After realizing they only had the premium ones in stock ($70 more) they kept their word and charged the first price agreed on!!!...Job was complete in about 30 minutes. Finding a company with that level of integrity, and service is difficult these days. You just made a lifelong customer. Thank you!!!
My garage door decided it was time to go on strike at about 1 am and came out of the rails leaving it at a 45 degree angle. I called A&R at 7:45 this morning and they were out by 8:30 or so to look at it. Needless to say they were able to not only get it fixed, but I think it is much more secure now then when and unnamed and out of business company put it in.
