It has been my experience that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had to get the parts for a water heater drip leg assembly, and the employee gathered together what I needed I'm about 90 seconds, whereas it probably would have taken me a good ten minutes to locate things.
I aways get great service when I go in there I shop there a lot love the place
Great to deal with very knowledgeable and the pressure treated wood is alot better quality than the big name stores
Well never problem....John the owner ordered me a special order window wrong size and did the stand up thing and stuck me with it cause I didn't catch his mistake. .the owner!! Should b more diligent for himself...not my place to make sure employees doing there job...ur a real stand up man john...I can't believe that's how u run ur business
Love this place. Not even a parking spot available in the lot, yet you still get great fast service! There is someone always available to answer a question and only waited in line for a couple minutes! Thanks A & R!
