Poor customer service! We called to rent a floor sander and were told, "We are too busy. Call back on a rainy day." No thanks!

So far I have always been able to find what I needed. One night I needed some screws to fix my daughter's dryer. I pulled up right as they were getting ready to lock up. They allowed me to get what I needed. Very nice people! They also have a place to put damaged American flags so they can be properly retired by the American Legion. God bless the USA!

I had material delivered for a block job and the mortar was hard and unusable I contacted John at A&R and he was unwilling to send someone out with new mortar . I'm not sure what John saved by not sending someone out but I sure know what he lost all my business and referrals. I've been a self employed building contractor in this area for over 30 years. People value my opinion. I get calls from family ,friends, and customers on a daily basis about where to buy building products and I will never again say A&R. It's sad when yo... read more
