My husband had is back window replaced by A & R last month. The technician left tape on the window that also overlapped the paint above the window. When my husband removed the tape, one piece came off clean but the other piece removed the paint off the truck. He called and left a message with the receptionist and never received a call back so he called again and finally the tech called him back and argued it was "faulty" paint but the paint job is in pristine condition!
