System installed didn’t last 2 years. Had to go with a competitor to get it fixed because they wouldn’t stand behind their work. What a worthless company.
Terrible service, their appliances break almost immediately and their excuse is “well I didn’t manufacture it”
Very shady. Owner adjusted prices and joked about it when he thought he.hung up the phone. I called im on it and he said price went up. Then he hung up
Professional and thoughtful interactions, exceeded my expectations of timeliness, addressed the issue. Happy with their service provided. I called A&R on a weekday afternoon for help with my refrigerator not cooling after 3 other companies would not be able to schedule for 2 days. Jennifer called me back 2 minutes after I placed my initial call, and she said she could get a technician to me in approximately 24 hours.
