Set a message to try to get some help, whoever responded was very short with me and just got me out the way. Don't waist your time there are other bike shops that will show you respect and want your business.
RecommendedRecently bought a bike here. The bike had a small issue shifting on the test ride. The owner took the bike for a 15 minute test ride to see the problem and then replaced the rear derailleur to make sure it was perfect. Really took the time to make sure it was right before I left. Great prices and great customer service.

I stopped in without calling (actually had called the wrong Adams and was told to bring the bike in) and after seeing me peering in the door the staff came out and asked if I had a repair. I relayed my issue with my mom’s bike valve stem and tires and he said he would take a look at it. He took the bike in and brought it out in few minutes. I asked what I owed and he said “Nothing, air is free”.
