Horrible professionalism and attitude I would never recommend using this guy. Had more issues with different bugs after he started coming that I never had before him I didn’t have spider issues till he sprayed and now I have tons. He would never come when I had someone home he would only come day and time was convenient for him. His bad attitude was very uncomfortable to work with then when I didn’t want him coming to ny house anymore he bullies you into paying even if not getting services. Do not use this company!!!
By far the worst customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. He harassed us, yelled at us, hung up on us and did not perform services set forth in his own contract. We paid $230 for services NOT rendered in order that we not have to deal with him any longer. Gary has been providing pest control services to our home for 10+ years. As a new homeowner back then, I was so lucky to have found Gary. He is friendly and communicative. He always texts me ahead of time to remind me of when he will be coming out to our home. When we first moved in to our home, we had a huge ant problem. Since the 10+ years we have been living here, I have not seen a single ant inside my home. Gary did a wonderful job taking care of my property!! He went out of his way to accommodate me and i really appreciated that. I will definitely have him back the next time he is up my way
