in 2005, Water was coming down the wall at my home as it is a Tri Level home , and I called a plumber first thinking a pipe had burst. Plumber said it was a/c problem so called out A-Quality to help me out. Mark was the Tech that found a plugged drain in A/C , flushed out the clogg until it came out clear on the side of my house, repiped to give us an air vent ! \$40 and a life safer for me.
