Jorgan was an amazing technician. He was very efficient and replaced my gas water heater quickly. Not only that, he also gave me recommendations on how to maintain it and even shared some tips to take care of other appliances in my home. He is also very detail-oriented and won’t leave until your equipment is in perfect condition. More than just a technician, it felt like having a friend helping you. Thank you, Jorgan!
I had an issue with my water heater and my HVAC tech (Jorgan) was incredible. He didn’t just fix the problem — he took the time to walk me through everything about my system. I learned how to flush my water heater, when to change my furnace filter, how to shut things down before travel, even how to check my water pressure and protect my outdoor valves for winter. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush. Easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
I have had great experiences with Dave in the past. He was able to solve problems that multiple other plumbers missed. Recently, the service has dropped to the point that I will not use them again. When calling, I was always told I needed to talk to someone else. Messages were taken but nobody ever called back. They never even came to my house to estimate the job. A+ Plumbing was great to work with. Jorgan went above and beyond to help me when my water heater went out. They responded to me after hours and came the next day to fix everything. Jorgan checked everything and also found and repaired another small leak that I wasn’t aware of. I will definitely use them again.
