Negotiated a price on phone with sales person. Was promised car would be held & began the 4 hour drive down to the lot. I made it very clear we were driving a great distance. I then Called and checked in to make sure vehicle was still there and they knew i was coming as promised - they said they were still holding it. Half way down (of the 4 hour one way drive) i get a call saying the vehicle was just sold. This place might have good vehicles - might have good prices - but when it comes to service and class...they have none
