Diana & Minerva Our two Turkish Angoras, Diana & Minerva, have their nails trimmed every 4 weeks, and an occasional shampoo. Dana and Alex are great. Not only that, we live in Touchstone, and it's so convenient to be able to drive such a short distance.
A Cat's Dream Come True For years, I personally did the grooming on my Maine Coons because they were show cats and I was very fussy. After they retired from show biz, I wanted someone else to groom them because, quite frankly, it's a lot of work! Highly recommend I took my Aussie to be groomed and to remove the mats behind is ears. He was beautiful and smelled great when we picked him up. Dana and Alex are very friendly and I will continue to use them. They are a great asset to West Sacramento.
The Best! I would not go anywhere else! I do not understand why people pay to wash their own dogs at a self serve, when you can have a medical professional do it at A Purrfect Groomer. I never worry about my dog Max, or my kitties Frankie and Roxanne. Because of their impressive back-round with animals I always trust their recommendations. They truly care for my babies!
Happy Dog Purrfect Groomer met my dog's needs with their great grooming work. Jack was happy when he left his grooming experience. I've tried the chains before and after using the Purrfect Groomer and noticed the difference in Jack's cleanliness, nail trim, and add'l work the chains don't do. They offer advice and products to improve your pets allergic conditions based on their professional experience.
Very good experience Recently had my Bernese Mountain Dog groomed at Purrfect Groomer. He turned out absolutely beautiful! Easy to get an appointment, easy to get to and best of all Alex keeps in touch and let's you know when your pup is ready to pick up. Highly recommend and will return with my other dogs.
Scheduling System Needs Improvement While I agree that they are great groomers and I am happy with my cat's Lion Cut, I remain frustrated with their operation because they cannot seem to get their scheduling right. Twice I've scheduled appointments only to find out they booked me for the wrong day or didn't have me down at all. They did squeeze me in and fortunately I didn't have a lot to do, but they've got to get that scheduling system down. Great Recommendation! Aside from Dana doing a beautiful job grooming and Alex helping me load my dog's food out to the car...upon their recommendation I had them give my dog a "Blue-Berry Facial" I know, I laughed a little when they first mentioned it, but let me tell you...it's totally worth it! My husband and I were resting on the couch that night and he couldn't stop petting our dog, he also kept asking if I lit a scented candle.
