No Comparison! To compare Alex and Dana's shop to Petsmart, other chains, or even veterinarians is just not fair to those other businesses. Purrfect Groomer blows them all away! After years of traumatic experiences with my two chihuahuas just going for nail trims, where they bit, clawed, freaked out (basically went Cujo on these people every time), I was skeptical. They Burned My Dogs Don't do it! I took my puppies to A Puurfect Groomer and within hours they were suffering from burns. Consequently I had to take them to the vet resulting in a $220 bill. When I went back to the business they refused to take responsibility in the matter even when going thru the Better Business Bureau. They took terrible care of my puppies and even worse care of me, I would have been a loyal customer had they not burned my dogs!
Great groomers! We take our 2 Shih Tzus in to Purrfect Pet Groomer and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend this groomer. I was taken aback when I drove by recently and saw a For Sale sign in front of the groomer's facility. I do hope they aren't going anywhere! A good groomer is hard to find!
Found the purrfect place From beginning to end my dog & I were treated well here. It's kinda hard to get a same day appointment for Saturdays, but the nice thing about my mistake (I had to wait an extra week with a soggy doggie) was they gave me a re-occurring appointment with email reminders. I never miss an appointment-LOVE IT!
Great Groomers Purrfect groomer did an excellent job giving our two yorkies haircuts; they're far and away the best groomer we've taken them to. We love the teddy bear cuts they got there, plus they remembered how we like our dog's hair to be cut for next time. They also did all the stuff we personally don't like to do because we're too nervous or grossed out (e.g. cutting nails and cleaning glands). Plus they were quick and our dogs didn't leave shaking and timid like they often do at other groomers.
Chewy loves them! We've been going to A Purrfect Groomer for a couple of years now and have always been happy. Chewy loves them and always looks his best. Our only complaint is that the e-mail reminders are never consistent; but it's hardly a deal breaker. Chewy gives two paws up! :)
A groomer with a heart! Alex has always been so gentle and caring with my animals. I have an old Pomeranian who doesn't tolerate any brushing, or hair pulling of any kind. So Alex and Dana gently shave him and give him a little lion hair cut. Alex knows what he is talking about with the health and safety of my pets. This is the first groomer that my pets have not come home with the red irritated spots that my Vet described to me as an infection from not using clean tools and brushes. Way to Go! We love taking our four...yes, FOUR...dogs to A Purrfect Groomer (love the name). Our two brittanies and two huskies are never in a traumatized state when we pick them up, and they smell GREAT. They are very reasonably priced for the wonderful service that you yet. Another thing we like about them is that you can drop your pack off, go do something for a couple hours, and pick them up. It's real convenient and really easy. No hassles. Plus, Dana and Alex are really nice. We would highly recommend them.
