Took our 3 dogs to Kim’s second location today and they did an amazing job!!! My husband has been going to her for over 18 years!!! Thanks Kim for treating our dogs so good!

I took Jax to be groomed and Sunshine for a walk in nail trim at the Hillview location and had a great experience. It was our first time there and Mary and Travis were excellent. Thanks again for doing such a great job.

They don't bathe all of the dogs!!! They have sent two of mine home stinking with no baths, oh they groomed them but they just figured I wouldn't care since I let it slip the first time around. I was offered a complimentary bath however when I finally decided to call and ask whether a bath was included with the $40 bucks we paid them. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I'll just groom my rescues myself.

Hello, I am the owner and every single dog gets a bath. I am sorry that you think we did not twice. Please give me a call on Wednesday as this is when I will be back in and we can settle this to satisfy us both. I spend ALOT on shampoos and educated people to do the bathing . I would like to meet with you and your pet to see if there is an underlying skin issue that would make you think this.
