I was referred to Prof Raphael Hau 12 months ago for my left hip replacement, I found Raphael Hau to be very helpful, he takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have and acts on these, his personal manner is second to none, and his professionalion is 10 star, I liked him so much I went back for a right hip replacement, this week and couldn't of gotten better care. I am pleased with the outcome of my Robotics Total Knee Replacement Surgery JAN26, performed by A/Prof Raphael Hau. I did not experience any pain after the procedure and was able to walk with a walker on the next day, although my leg was swollen as expected. I cannot recommend A/Prof Raphael Hau highly enough. He came recommended by a friend who had two knee replacements performed by him through the public system. I saw him as a private patient at his Ringwood practice from March to September and consistently found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Associate Professor Raphael Hau and his colleagues and staff took great care of me recently prior during and after a right full hip replacement surgery. Wonderful group of professional orthopaedic surgeons. The surgical team in the operating theatre were second to none. Last but not by no means least the nursing staff were excellent.
