I would not suggest anyone to use this company for your home inspection. While researching home inspectors, I chose this company for 2 reasons. 1. They offer "a free hard bound book with color photos of your inspection". ***After my inspection the receptionist and my inspector acted highly inconvenienced that I asked for one. AND I NEVER RECEIVED IT./ 2. The main reason I chose A-pro is because they have a guarantee that states,"If we don't report it, we fix it!" Seems solid right? WRONG!
