We hired Tony based on a recommendaiton from our realtor. Tony was prompt to the site, explained things clearly to us immediately after, and provided the reports in a timely manner. He was professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. However, we felt like there was no value in this service. We paid extra for a mold sample test, which came back positive. In order to get any quotes to see the scale of work - we had to have a report with a protocol report. Tony could not write us a protocol, so we had to pay an additional fee... read more
