A complete disaster. Mr. Brinton has no integrity whatsoever. He provided a "home inspection" and did not feel there were significant problems with house. After taking possession, 6 separate water leaks were found which had ruined floors, walls, cabinets, and crawl space insulation. The roof needed replacement, when he said it had 3-5 years of life left. We spent >$50,000 to repair the damage he failed to find.
