We hired Justin H. of A-Pro Home Inspection from the Home Advisor website to Perform a Home Purchase Inspection. I let Justin pick the day and time of the inspection and advised him that we would be out of town so I would have my family take time off of work to be there for the inspection. I paid in advance and lined up everything with all parties that needed to be at the inspection. Recently bought a new house and an inspection was required by the mortgage company. We paid A-Pro Home Inspection $500 and they were horrible. They did not even notice when they ran the dishwasher that no water was coming into it. Really? We have major plumbing and electrical issues that every repairman the home warranty company has sent out has said should have been caught by the inspection. When I reported it to them and asked for a refund, they did not even give me the courtesy of a reply.
