I would avoid this company if you're seeking an unbiased, professional inspection. They may hinder purchases or sales due to their lack of knowledge or by nitpicking issues to justify their bill. For example, they told a potential buyer that a home needed a roof inspection, even though the roof was less than a year old and made with top-of-the-line shingles installed after the Midtown windstorm.
