As a realtor, with a construction background, I can say that I appreciate both Lex and Matt's exceptional service. I enjoy the quick turn around time on a comprehensive and accurate inspection. I have used A Pro Home Inspections for about 4 1/2 yrs and have always been satisfied with the results. I am in the process of purchasing a home. The people that made an offer on the home before us ended up backing out of the deal due to what I believe was first buyers jitters when they saw some of the damage found. Of the items found I do not think they are major based on the price we are paying. The inspection was performed by A-Pro, would like to communicate directly with the inspector if possible. From at least the BBB they are reviewed very well
