I rented from A Pomeranz for close to 5 years with no issues at all. Easy and clear communication when necessary, prompt response to maintenance requests and a genuinely friendly attitude toward their tenants. Overall a great experience!
The owner worked with me when there was an issue in the apartment I was supposed to move in to and the approval process was really straightforward. Since renting from them there have been some hiccups with the building but they have been great about communicating with us on changes and resolving issues like the dispute with Comcast. Highly recommend this family owned management company!
