RecommendedThe PA who assisted me was wonderful!! I must say the Staff was not friendly and unprofessional especially Arianna. She is very rude. When I asked for her supervisor she said she did not have to tell me her name. That’s a new one!!!
They were prompt, kind, courteous and the doctor I saw was on point and went out of his way with me so I didn't feel like just a number to him or to the clinic. No more than a 10-minute wait before I was seen the office is clean and there were no snotty-nosed kids bouncing off the walls LOL. I will keep coming back when I need to & I would recommend this Clinic to everybody!
I had a great experience at A+ urgent care on Kalmia. The office was very clean, registration was quick, the nurses were all very nice. There was a small wait but I didn’t mind. The doctor was fantastic he explained the antibiotic and reassured me that it was safe during pregnancy. I highly recommend this office. 😊
Still haven't been seen, I would have been seen faster if I went to the ER.. plus they called up people who got here after me. Ticked me off.. sorry not sorry
Went to the urgent care two weeks ago Saturday. They checked my insurance and told me that I wasn’t insured and would have to pay cash. I insisted that my insurance was good.... didn’t matter. Paid by debit card. Called my insurance carrier on Monday and I am insured. They told me to go back to the clinic and have them call . I called their billing department and left a message twice. Kalmia location is ridiculous. Wait times are over an hour when you are the only person in the waiting room. Staff in the back chitchat while the poor girl up front deals with everything. Technology is so much better, their X-ray has been broke a while which is also ridiculous.
The Receptionist was very rude, not someone that should be working a front desk when you first walk in and don't feel good oh and you're from a different state. The nurse and doctor were wonderful and nice.
i feel its a complete waste of time. i know exactly whats wrong with me, cause all i need a is prescription and they still want me to come in and pay 90$ just to be seen when all i need is the meds.
