Schedule a pick-up 12 hours in advance. Was told ETA was 45mins & received a call at the time the driver was supposed to arrive that it was cancelled. I realized my number was then blocked after attempting to call 7 times, so I called from a “text now” number just to be told; “the driver had a flat tire.” As in they didn’t know that they prior. Sad
The best towing company in phx Az you need a tow go to them. They have the best customer service ever.
