They never answer there phone and it coast me more money when I have to pay for my storage unit
I rented the unit for 7 years. Didn't have any issues in terms of theft. The unit was clean and in good shape. The only issue I would have to say is that there isn't a person in the office everyday. If you need to discuss anything, you have to leave a message on the answering machine in which there isn't an immediate response. They say there is security cameras and gate. Nope. There is a security gate on one end, but it is always open.
