I guess they figure this job is too small and not a lot of money so they won’t communicate with me. I’m so tired of having to keep calling them to figure out when they would start my job. I am really disappointed that it’s come to this but it seems now I’ll just have to try to get a refund of my deposit of work never completed. It’s a shame as I had wanted to also get my gutters fixed as well. The guy who gave the estimate was wonderful. The owner and guy who "fixed" my roof were very nice as well. HOWEVER, after they "repaired" my roof it leaks SO much worse than before. I was told they would be out first thing in the morning today but its 3pm and no one is here (I'll try to post a video of my leak in the comments)! I called at 1pm and was told in about an hour, it's been two and the day is almost gone and I'm losing hope. Replaced a rubber roof for us and the flashing around the window Dormers, quoted us a good price, unfortunately that's where the good news stops. The guy that did our rubber roof left a big mess in our yard (cigarette butts, rubber, chalk line, empty chew canisters). We got a receipt after completion and it said their work is fully guaranteed, if there are any problems contact them. we found out the dormers were still leaking and the rubber roof, so we called them back. We had A plus out to our house last fall to fix our rubber roof add on and all dormers and flashing around our house. They came and did their job. then we had a leak in early January of this year around the same place as the flashing that was supposed to be fixed. We called and they said they would have to wait to come out until the snow melted.... I have now called 6 times since the spring for them to come take a look and have yet to see them at our house. A+ replaced our house and shop roofs and gutters and installed gutter guards. (A large ranch with 2-1/2 stall garage and an additional detached 3 stall garage.) From the first contact to completion their customer service and work ethic were phenomenal. They were very conscientious about protecting our landscaping and cleaning up all the roofing debris. I had called to get a quote for gutter covers. Came out right away and gave me a quote. Gave a great price and installed 4 days later. Also 20 year guarantee if anything needs to be replaced. Thanks for no more gutter cleaning!!
