A+ Roofing & Construction replaced our roof in 2023. The roof initially looked fine, but we experienced multiple follow-up issues. During the final walkaround/payment visit, we informed Chad that we had picked up over 300 nails around our property and approximately 50 nails in the street. I was concerned about neighbors getting flat tires, and I was told, Chad stated, “they can send me the bill.” We were also told someone would come back out with a magnet to sweep for additional nails, but that did not happen. Exceptional customer service, kept us informed, handled all insurance communications. Excellent workmanship, cleanup and finished product. Respectful and professional employees with great communication skills.
I had A Plus replace my roof/gutters/ and windscreens after a nasty hail storm. From the initial inspection, Tonka was professional and courteous. He not only inspected the roof but walked the entire property and identified damage I had not seen. He met the insurance adjuster at my home when they came out to ensure nothing was missed. Bottom line - the team of Chad, the owner; Holly, Operations/Office manager; and Tonka, our Project Manager, all provide excellent service and demand it from all of their team members.
