A+Reality gives you very poor service when you need a repaired. They charge you $50 each time your rental needs a repair. We ended up paying $150 for the door to our so called master to be repaired. They never did get it fixed correctly even after 3 tries. They never cleaned the carpets before we moved in. The dirt was so bad that there was an inch of dust on the fans. I have been living under A+ Realty mgmt. for about 3-4 yrs. This mgmt. is prompt to fix issues, once a call is placed. This company is probably the best company that I have ever rented from They are professional and take your needs and concerns seriously Brenda was a delight and she was able to get me into a home bery quickly. The girls in the office helped set up durect febit to pay my rent and they have a portal for tenents to report any isdues that might arise This is definitely an A Plus comoany in my opinion
Excellent service They have managed my property for the past several years They have not only saved me headaches but money too.
