As stated before NOVA said we don't have a water problem. A plus Radon has not been forthcoming in remediation and has deflected having to fix the issue with our system even though it was installed 2 years ago. Failed to seal sumps. Does not appear diagnostics for air flow was accomplished. Said over phone post install testing was not done. Refuses to work with us to get our radon levels below acceptable levels despite guarantee. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!!
Excellent service from a one man operation. When you call you'll be talking to the owner, not some faceless phone rep. I left a voice mail requesting a quote and got a call back with a few hours. The price was on par or lower than others, with the added bonus of knowing I was talking to the person who would be doing my installation. The installation process went super smoothly, and Randall was friendly and efficient. He explained everything clearly. The new system looks great and fits in perfectly with the existing setup. I feel much safer knowing the radon levels in my home are now under control, thanks to the work done. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service and highly recommend A plus Radon solutions.
Needed a radon mitigation system installed and my neighbor recommended A Plus. Randall was responsive and friendly and got us on his schedule right away. Installation was quick and very reasonably priced.
