Amazing, knowledgeable work. You got us down from a rediculously high 85 to under 1. And all without doing more than what was needed, from the start. We thank you.
He was very professional, arrived on time. He did our mitigation system in the 3.5 hour time frame like he said. The fan is super quiet hardly noticable. A Plus Radon was cheaper than other places around here. I rather spend money having someone who's been doing mitigation system for years that huge companies like SWAT who train a bunch of people in a small time frame. Our radon levels went from over 4 to 0.48, some days it's even lower.
As stated before NOVA said we don't have a water problem. A plus Radon has not been forthcoming in remediation and has deflected having to fix the issue with our system even though it was installed 2 years ago. Failed to seal sumps. Does not appear diagnostics for air flow was accomplished. Said over phone post install testing was not done. Refuses to work with us to get our radon levels below acceptable levels despite guarantee. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!!
Excellent service from a one man operation. When you call you'll be talking to the owner, not some faceless phone rep. I left a voice mail requesting a quote and got a call back with a few hours. The price was on par or lower than others, with the added bonus of knowing I was talking to the person who would be doing my installation.
