I love the house that im in and they have been great landlords so far for me no problems
Stay away from these people. House had mold and they painted over it. Water heater wouldn't stay lit due to improper venting. Heater went out in January, couldn't get anyone to come out for 3 days. Totally unacceptable.
I think they are lovely people, it's a business, as long as you pay your rent, know problem. They will work with you. Once I wasn't feeling well. The managers picked my rent up for me. The maintenance guys are great and respectful. I've been with them for almost (4). years.
Some of the worse properties in Danville and want to charge a arm and a leg. Would not rent from them
