Great customer service. The doctor was very thorough.
Very disappointed with my experience at this office 2 weeks ago. I was given trial contact lenses are expired from a whole year ago, and after wearing them I experienced burning, dryness, irritation, and blurry vision. There was also very poor communication regarding what I would need in order to complete my glasses order. I was never told during my appointment that I would need an additional PD/pupil distance measurement in order to order my glasses with my new prescription. The staff is nice and friendly, everyone was prof and the office was nice and clean!
Excellent customer service, staff very kind I got just what I wanted
Every time I visit this place, I have a balance that I keep paying, but it mysteriously disappears from the system. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Claims I came in in September 2024, but I wasn’t even in Georgia at that time. So, who came in to owe a balance? Don’t come here.
