I was really disappointed with our experience at A Plus Nails this past Saturday. My son and I went online beforehand and made appointments for 4:00 PM for manicures and pedicures. When we arrived and told them we had made appointments online, the employee seemed genuinely surprised, which made me wonder if they even check the appointments people make through their own website. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked for my real toenails to be filed square and a man cut my toes nails all the way off ROUND and two men argued with me about I did it to my own toenails. How when I never had the clippers in my hand? TERRIBLE
