The absolute worst! I am a F/T real estate investor for the past 30 years, so deal with mortgage companies all the time. I was telemarketed by A-Plus Mortgage for refi on my primary residence. Kimberly Mann was assigned to my file. I provided her with all the information she requested. She assured me she could get it done and then no response to my calls or emails; just like that.
