Can't recommend APP11 Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd enough. Not only was their price the most competitive of the companies I called but their chimney service was great. After the work was done the owner came to my house twice to build a test fire on our fireplace and to implement fix that he said we needed. Made me feel good about the purchase and the work they did. I won't ever call another chimney company and neither should you.
