I have had 3 home inspections done in my life and Chris at A-PLUS has by far done the most thorough job I've ever seen. He spends almost the entire day with various equipment to find everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Some items are just good to knows and does not need to be fixed but he documents them for you anyway. He is easy to talk to and explains in detail his reports. I would 100% recommend Chris to anyone that's looking for a home inspection.
After having several other inspection services fall through I was referred to a friend to A-PLUS. I gave them a text and a call and within 30 minutes Chris Chitsey called me back, scheduled an inspection, and got me taken care of. Chris was very professional, thorough and provided excellent, friendly service. His report covered a lot all aspects of the process, and there are many minor observations covered in the report that will help to work on on-going maintenance of the house to give it longevity and prevent future issues with the property. Highly recommend that any prospective buyer takes his services.
