Do not use A+ Home Inspection. He did a terrible job on inspecting a house we purchased and after moving in we are now dealing with so many issues that the “inspector” overlooked. Wish we hadn’t used this service and would never recommend.
We have used A Plus Home Inspections on three properties in SW Colorado. Sean is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. He has a great understanding of SW Colorado environments/conditions and how the homes there should be built. His inspections helped us in finding the perfect home!
DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!! He is lazy, unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful and a terrible communicator. Showed us hours early and did the inspection with us there while the home owner walked him around. Missed a hug bay infection, leaking roof and foundation problems. AGAIN, NOT USE.
Sean made observations included in his summary report that our unfinished walkout basement was showing signs of leakage around the foundation that required complete excavation to below the foundation bottom and new water proofing and drainage systems. This work was bid by two contractors at $15k and $22k respectively. Then other inspectors challenged Sean’s conclusions and the necessity of the work. We could identify no evidence of leakage.
