The worse. Have had problems with the left hearing aid from the time I got them and the guy kept putting me off. Then another woman took over the place and told me they would have to send it out to be repaired, but could be a problem because they were out of warranty, told her I have problem with it from the time I got them and the other guy kept putting me off. Now I can't contact them. They refuse to answer phone and won't return messages. Don't go to them!
Knowledgeable and professional, great customer service! Staff go out of their way to make sure customers are happy with their aids!
Appointment was on time. They took the time to made sure that all my questions were answered. I was happy with what I learned.
Serena was new to this. We finally found a way to work with each other. She finally started listening and things began happening . I think she will be good at the job after she hss been there a while. She really wants to learn- everyone starts somewhere and should do what they are comfortable with, not parrot others.
