I work with A-Plus currently and they are an amazing group of people, they treat their PCA’s very well, the clients are amazing and it’s overall a great experience!
They really care about their employees and the clients. The pay could be better, but I think that is on the state not the company. I have been with A Plus healthcare for almost 10 years. I have nothing to say bad about the company.
Love working for the company. They're accommodating for employees and clients. They care about all of us. Our new manager really turned the place around.
Was a Client an felt my Ptsd was triggered when main office staff called me on multiple instances and verbally attacked about issues that could have been discussed in a calm, professional manner. I was made to feel unsafe at times and overall couldnt get help with simple things I physically couldnt do but the average person could do quickly and easily. I left and found a company who could do what they couldnt and more.
