Peter picked up when I called. After describing the problem, said he'd be there between 2-4 pm the same day. He called me at 2:30 to tell me he'd be there in 15 minutes. He got there a few minutes before me & had it diagnosed by then (broken spring). Had the parts on his truck, so he had it repaired in about an hour at a fair price. Good communication, promptness & skillful installation at a fair price. That's how you get repeat business. Well done Peter!

I called A Plus Garage Door about a concern I had with my garage door tension rod and springs. After discussion the issue and sending over some pictures, they let me know that there was no need to be concerned saving me from an unnecessary repair. I appreciated the time they spent talking to me and reviewing my photos and so when I do have an actual repair need these are the 1st and only folks I'm going to call.

Outstanding responsiveness, professional service, and very reasonable pricing. Peter answered my call immediately in the morning and understood my issue. Jeremy came out right away in the early afternoon (in cold snowy weather). Even gave advance notice when he was nearby. Both were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Jeremy fixed a very complex problem we were having programming our garage door opener's remotes. Would definitely recommend.

Peter returned my phone call, evaluated my garage door and gave me an estimate of what it would take to repair and maintain. Peter was prompt and reliable and on time. Definitely recommend A Plus and already referred him to friends.
