Not a client but was in the office. Desk staff was saying full names of clients & discussing client conditions loudly, not very professional.
Good luck trying to get a hold of billing. There was a problem with my bill, it was paid yet somehow their system still didn’t register the payment two weeks later. I finally had to take matters into my own hands and contact my insurance provider and HSA and what do you know, it was paid A+ Plus Family Medicine just haven’t accepted payment yet….. now three weeks later.
This place and the people here are great! I have been going here for a bit now and am extremely happy i changed to this doctors office. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and very nice, the rooms are always extremely clean and up-kept and overall it’s been a really great experience going here! Highly recommend!
