I never write reviews but feel it necessary to write this today. I wish I would have looked at these reviews as I would have never come to this place. I am seeking legal help and BBB reporting and insurance complaints now. I am beyond frustrated with A-Plus Dentistry!! I recently had braces removed and went to them for dental work. The dental work caused pain when I eat and cause my retainer to no longer fit which caused a shift. They wanted to repair the shift their work caused and charge me $6,000. Had an awful experience with the doctor and the staff. One needs to be extremely cautious about their procedures and estimates if he or she has no other options but to get the service from this place. They don't provide a comprehensive estimate, is it not their practice (that is what they claim), prior to treatment. Lots of hidden and unnecessary procedures imbedded in their treatment plans. I've had a great experience at this office. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They will answer any question about your insurance. Brooke the hygienest has a great personality and I like the way she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Aliassa put a crown on my back molar and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this office.
